Adults and Teens
We offer curriculums that include beginner jiu-jitsu techniques, simple Brazilian jiu-jitsu classes for core values, movement exercises and coordination development exercises.
These programs are developing self-defense skills and core values that instill respect, responsibility, and self-awareness.
Kids
Jiu-jitsu for kids is offered in ages ranging from 3-14 years.
The 3-7 year old classes introduce the most basic and gentle aspects of jiu-jitsu.
In this program, learners get to know simple jiu-jitsu arts such as mount, guard, and hip escape.
Classes for 8-14 include all Jiu Jitsu basics as well as conceptual ideas for development and growth in martial arts.

Only members who are 18 years or older or accompanied by a responsible adult (preferably a guardian) are allowed. Signing the waiver is also required.
